Terms of Service

By using LearnBench (learnbench.ai), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LearnBench builds personalized learning around what you already know. The service is under active development: features may change, be added, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. We aim to give notice before changes that affect your saved work.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use LearnBench. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

The goals, text, and answers you submit remain yours. You grant us the license needed to operate the service — to store your submissions, process them (including with the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy), and display the results back to you and to anyone you explicitly share them with.

Learning content on LearnBench is generated in part by AI and, while we work to keep it accurate, it may contain errors. It is provided for educational purposes only and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

• Do not break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or access it by automated means beyond what our published interfaces allow.
• Do not attempt to extract other users’ data or misuse shared links.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

LearnBench, its design, and its underlying software are ours. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnBench will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you have paid nothing).

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
